Newton Cricket Club has been playing competitive cricket for 100 years!
We played at Clarendon Road, Hyde, until 1934, when the club moved to its present home at Barmhouse Lane, Godley, Hyde.
During our time here we have been affiliated to several high quality village cricket leagues.
Currently we are members of the Derbyshire & Cheshire Cricket League.
We run three senior teams which cater for all levels of cricket. The first and second elevens play on Saturdays, where both teams compete in their respective premier divisions, with the third team competing in the Derbyshire Cheshire third team league.
