Newton Cricket Club has a thriving junior section, with mixed gender Under 11s, 13s, 15s & 19s playing in the Derbyshire and Cheshire Cricket League.

In 2026 we’re thrilled to be welcoming back All Stars to Mount Pleasant. 

All Stars Cricket provides boys and girls from 5-8 years old with 8 weeks of non-stop fun. The activity and game based programme is suitable for all skill levels, providing your child with the foundations to begin a lifelong love of physical activity and cricket, while making friends in a safe and enjoyable environment.

We pride ourselves on providing a fun, welcoming and inclusive environment for players to develop their skills and enjoy their cricket.

Summer 2026

Outdoor junior training at Newton CC takes place on Friday Nights between 6.30pm and 8pm. This training is open for our  U11s, U13s and U15s. The first date for outdoor training is Friday 17th April 2026. (Our U15s & U19s can also train on Tuesday/Thursday nights alongside our senior teams).

 All our coaches are qualified and DBS approved and we’re proud to be ECB Clubmark Accredited.

All our age group sides are open to boys and girls and we’d love to hear from you!
